Craft Bancshares – Warrant Exercise

Mountain Share Transfer is the appointed stock transfer and warrant agent for Craft Bancshares, Inc.  We are pleased to welcome you to the information page for holders of Craft Bancshares warrants who wish to exercise their warrants.

As part of its original capital raise, Craft Bancshares issued to its investors warrants that entitled them to purchase common shares at a price of $10.00/share prior to the expiration of the warrants.  The warrants are scheduled to expire on October 15th, 2025 at 5:00pm eastern standard time.

Question:  I would like to exercise my warrants.  What do I do next ?

• Answer:  Please submit a completed and signed Warrant Exercise Notice.  Upon receipt of the Warrant Exercise Notice, we will forward the payment instructions. Upon confirmation of the receipt of the funds, the shares will be issued in book entry format.  A copy of the Warrant Exercise Notice can be found (HERE)

Question:  What is the cost of exercising a warrant ?

• Answer:  The exercise price of a warrant is $10.00/share.  For example if you purchased 50 Units in the offering, you received 5,000 common shares and 1,250 warrants.  In order to exercise all 1,250 warrants, you would need to invest an additional $12,500. 

Question:  Where are the funds sent for the payment of the exercise price ?

• Answer:  The funds are sent to a special account at Craft Bank. 

Question:  What if I am questions on how to properly complete the exercise notice ?
