Our current focus is on servicing companies publicly traded on the Over the Counter Market, including the OTC Bulletin Board  and the OTC Markets; as well as companies involved in the crowd funding process, and those going through the 15c2-11 filing process.  Mountain Share Transfer provides its clients with flexible and customized solutions to fit their specific needs.
