Craft Bancshares – Stock Purchase or Sale

As part of its original capital raise, Craft Bancshares issued its investors units that consisted of common stock and warrants.  The management of Craft Bancshares has asked Mountain Share Transfer to assist those shareholders who either wish to sell their common shares or purchase common that are available for sale.

• Answer:  Once we have your information, we will place you in contact with the potential buyer or seller.  It is up to you and the other person to negotiate an agreed upon price.  Once you have agreed to a price, we will forward you the appropriate paperwork to complete the transaction.  Once we received signed copies of all the necessary documents, the buyer will forward funds to a special account and Craft Bank.  Following the receipt of the funds, we will process the transfer.
